French wines from Pascal Bérard – Die Rebe
Pascal Bérard, as the name suggests, is a true Frenchman. Pascal has lived in Germany since 1988. He has settled right in the middle between the famous wine-growing regions of the Rheingau and Rheinhessen. Where else but in the wine city of Mainz.
After moving from hobby to profession, he has made wine his profession. In the first time he worked as a wine consultant for a French winery in direct sales. Since 1997 he has been running his own wine distribution company “Pascal Bérard – Die Rebe”. He concentrates on exclusive wines, which he imports directly from his homeland.
He obtains his wines from renowned French winegrowers with whom he is in close contact and tastes the wines all in advance. This ensures a quality that is also appreciated by his long-standing customers.
Our online tasting will be spiced up with his friendly French accent – because learning High German in Mainz did not work for him. But that’s a good thing and really very authentic.
