Sparkling from our Shop
Gran Cuvée Bianco is a fresh sparkling wine with a fruity note of citrus and white flowers. Despite its fruity note, the sparkling wine is dry and the apple and citrus aromas make this a light sparkling wine. It is mineral, with a firm acidity that gives it a nice freshness.
Due to its character, it is particularly well suited as a drier aperitif for parties. As a food companion, it goes well with fresh sea fish, lightly grilled or steamed. It is also an excellent choice with oysters.
