The Stradivarius Rouge from the Château Copsa winery in Bulgaria displays aromas of dark chocolate, black fruits, leather and tobacco.

A round red wine, intense on the nose, with a peppery note on the finish.

The wine matures for ten months in oak barrels and goes well with game and dark chocolate.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
