This red wine was finished in a Scotch whiskey (Islay) cask.

The Phil, Whiskey in the jar, is an hommage to Phil Lynnott (Thin Lizzy). It is a red wine elaborated in an islay cask that is very smoky/peaty. To be enjoyed like a whiskey.

The red wine fits perfectly with chocolate, game, cured food, bacon, salami, cigars.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
