The dry red wine of the Domaine Saint Antoine comes from the Minervois wine region in France.

It grows on various soil formations and is selectively hand-picked.

Two thirds of the wine consists of the Syrah grape variety.

The intuition has a long finish and is accompanied by paprika and currant aromas.

It therefore goes very well with classic fish dishes.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
