The mature, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from 2017 comes from the Languedoc wine region, Cévennes in France.

The grapes are cultivated in a responsible manner and harvested mechanically after careful control. The wine is produced in the traditional way and matured in oak barrels. During this process the fermentation is thermoregulated.

The wine has a deep ruby red colour with violet reflections. It is characterised by its complex, intense and spicy aromas and its harmonious and round tannins.

The Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with red meat in sauce, game and cheese.
