The strong ruby-colored Il Passo comes from the vicinity of Lake Arancio, which is located on the southeastern part of the island of Sicily. The comparatively young Vigenti Zabu winery also has its wine cellar there.

The uncomplicated, soft and fruity Il Passo is characterized by its sweet fruit aroma of plums, dark cherries and the spicy notes of pepper, cloves and cinnamon. The softness is created by velvety tannins and a pleasant fruit sweetness.

The wine goes perfectly with spicy dishes such as Asian-style beef or pasta al arrabiata.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
