Description

The rosé wine Incognit comes from the Catalan winery Mas Rodó west of Barcelona.

The wine is clear, light and salmon-coloured and has aromas of strawberries and raspberries. It is an elegant, well-structured rosé wine that is full-bodied and refreshingly acidic.

Besides pasta, rice and vegetable dishes, the Incognit Rosé is also excellent with soft cheese and tuna or mackerel.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
