This well-balanced Chardonnay comes from the Trakiatal in Bulgaria.

It is matured in French and American oak barrels and its taste reminds of ripe exotic fruits and acacia honey. Fine notes of vanilla are also expressed.

The white wine has a medium body and goes well with starters and fish dishes.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
