This well-balanced rosé from the Château Copsa winery in Bulgaria was prepared using the Saignée method.

The result is an elegant rosé with sparkling colour and intense aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
