Description

The Insieme Rosé from the Livia Fontana winery consists of the Piedmontese grape varieties Barbera and Nebbiolo. The small winery has been run in a family tradition for 180 years and produces good wines that are characteristic of the region. Insieme Rosé has a cherry pink color and is strong on the nose with aromas of dark cherries, forest soil and herbs. The wine has light tannins and good acidity.

Poultry dishes, salad with raspberry dressing or a grilled tuna steak go particularly well with this wine.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
