This “Rosé” from the estate Perolla of the winery San Felice in the Toscana is produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes..

The Rosato is light pink and unites the aroma of a white wine with the structure of a young red wine. The wine smells of red fruits. It is fine and fruity.

The Rosato Toscana IGT accompanies all dishes very well. In particular charcuterie, soups, fish and white meat.

That was fun on Saturday! Unfortunately only a small round, which surprised me, but very friendly and relaxed. The reason was probably the many American participants, you did a very professional job of addressing the group bilingually. All respect!
