Description
The grapes of this Spanish red wine grow on 20-year-old American rootstocks. Because of the few vines per hectare and the organic cultivation methods, there are few outputs. Grapes are picked and selected by hand. The different grape varieties are fermented individually before the wine is aged for six months in American and French oak barrels after the cuvéring.
The fruity Jan Petit is pretty, young and fresh, with aromas of cherries, strawberries and summer flowers. These typical aromas are combined with an elegant structure and juicy tannins.
Jan petit goes well with barbecues on the terrace or with cheese, cold cuts and smoked meat.
