From the heart of Tuscany, near Montalcino in Siena, an exceptional wine made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes is produced at “Podere Bellarina” under the guidance of Sabrina Niccolai and with the support of Giacomo Tachis. Thanks to careful maceration fermentation and aging for two years in oak barrels plus twelve months in the bottle, this wine is notable for its aging potential. With aromas of dried plums, violets, cloves, licorice, dates, figs, mint, and vanilla, it offers a complex olfactory profile. On the palate, these aromas continue, accompanied by strong tannins and good acidity.
