Description

The Fuego Austral Merlot from the Viña Ventisquero winery in Chile shines in a red with violet tones. The aroma of the wine, made from 85% Merlot and 15% Syrah grapes, is mainly plum and cherry.

The elegant wine is completed with notes of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla.

With its balanced and round body, the Fuego Austral accompanies semi-cured cheese, white meat and pasta dishes very well.

We booked a virtual Italian wine tour with Beate Müller on January 22nd, 2021 as part of a team event. The organization by Ms. Müller was perfect! The wine packages, which not only included wines from the different regions of Italy, but also olives and other Italian specialties, arrived at all 60 participants in good time, so that we could experience a very informative and entertaining online event together. The event was turned into a very successful event by the wine importer, Stefano Cresceri, who commented on the wines, and Ms. Beate Müller, who led through the evening. The unanimous feedback from colleagues was that they hadn’t imagined it to be so great and that this format should definitely be repeated. We have been participating in the virtual wine and pleasure tastings for over a year. Initially only sporadically, but then almost always weekly. It’s just fun to have great international wines with grapes, which are not yet well known in Germany, presented by the local winemakers from home. There is a great variety from evening to evening and the German wineries are not neglected either.

Beate’s moderation is always professional and she knows how to take all participants on the virtual wine tour!

We always look forward to the wine tastings, because they are almost like a little vacation from the sofa, as we receive not only the wines sent to us, but also tips for accompanying meals and a lot of information about the wine regions.
