Vin Naturel is made 100% from Asyrtiko from organically grown vineyards in the Goumenissa Fyliria region and the soil is fertile. The grapes are selected by hand and need to be stamped with your feet before cold soaking. It is fermented spontaneously in 6 month old French oak barrels without additives. The wine is stirred regularly under high pressure for 5 months, unfiltered during bottling and a small amount of sulphite is added (total sulphite 40 mg / l).
The wine is dark gold in the glass and slightly cloudy if not filtered. The aromas of white fleshy fruits, papaya and small white flowers fill the air. We will also taste green apples and honey in our mouths. The wine has a full-bodied, fatty taste, balanced acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste. The wine should be aerated for at least 60 minutes before drinking. The optimal drinking temperature for white wine is unusually high and lies between 12 and 13 degrees.
