Description
The Sauvignon Blanc from the Chilean winery Casas del Bosque Reserva comes from the vineyards of Casablanca and was handpicked.
The Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on clay, sand and volcanic soils in the so-called Cool Climate region.
The dry white wine smells of grapefruit and lime and has aromas of white peach and nectarine. It has a pleasant acidity, a long finish and a good structure.
It goes well with fish and seafood dishes.
