“Tufarello” Nero di Troia
From the small Vigneti Canosini winery, on the border of Apulia to Basilicata, comes the dark red Tufarello with its characteristic violet reflections. This wine is made from the locally grown Nero di Troia grape variety and reflects a deep connection with the region.
The taste diversity of the Tufarello is characterized by a berry-rich and full note, with dominant aromas of blueberries and forest berries. This fruity base is perfectly complemented by spicy accents of leather and spiced, raw meat, giving it an exceptional depth.
Suitable Foods
The Tufarello is excellently suited for barbecues, where it can shine with its robust structure.
In cooler temperatures, it pairs excellently with rich meat dishes such as beef roulades or braised roasts and ideally rounds off cheese platters by providing harmonious taste experiences with its intense aromas.
