The Tufarello, which is colored dark red with purple reflections, comes from the small winery Vigneti Canosini, which is located on the border between Puglia and Basilicata. The Tufarello is made from the locally grown grape variety Nero di Troia.
The berry and full note of Tufarello, which is the focus, is created by its aroma of blueberries and wild berries. This is rounded off by spicy notes of leather and seasoned, raw meat.
During summer this wine is the perfect companion for every barbecue evening. As soon as it gets colder outside, it goes well with hearty meat dishes such as beef roulades or braised beef. It also serves as an ideal companion to cheese platters.
