Cadentibus Astris, Latin for falling stars, is the second perlwein from the Tactus Tokaj family. In contrast to sparkling wine, perlwein has a lower carbonic acid content. The hand-picked Furmint grapes produce a lovely wine with aromas of quince, pear and a slight hint of honey.
