This Ungsteiner Sauvignon Blanc is a dry German quality dry wine. It is a very fruity, exotic and tangy white wine. In the nose it is intense with passion fruit, mango, gooseberry and a hint of green paprika. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a very lively acidity that is also reminiscent of passion fruit. The Sauvignon Blanc goes perfectly with the asparagus season and grilled fish and seafood or with an Asian wok.
