Description
Riesling Beerenauslese Barrique
The Riesling Beerenauslese represents a special delicacy in the world of wines. As a Beerenauslese, it is made from particularly ripe grapes, often affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), imparting to it an intense, concentrated sweetness.
This method of meticulously selecting individual, highly ripe berries allows for the creation of a wine with incredible density and high sugar content. Thanks to its maturation, this specific Riesling has developed distinct woody and caramel notes, adding further depth and complexity.
The taste is dominated by an unmistakable noble sweetness, which harmoniously blends into the overall aroma, giving it an exceptional potency. Alongside its opulent sweetness, this wine also offers the typical characteristics of a Riesling: a lively acidity and nuances of citrus and stone fruits.
This results in a balance that will captivate both sweet wine enthusiasts and Riesling connoisseurs alike.
