Description

Esprit: Summer in every sip

The Esprit is an ode to freshness and fruitiness, reminiscent of warm summer days. Its bouquet opens with seductive aromas of currants, reminiscent of sun-ripened berries in a wild garden.

This is complemented by the soft notes of white fruits reminiscent of pears and apples and rounded off by the delicate scent of meadow flowers that invigorates the senses. Together, these flavors create a harmonious balance that is both refreshing and deep.

The Esprit consists entirely of Pinot Blanc grapes.

The Domaine Saint Antoine Winery

Domaine Saint Antoine is located in the historic wine-growing region of Haut-Minervois in southern France and is run by a couple from Berlin. Since 2022, the winery has been organically certified and spans 45 ha, of which 27 ha are used for wine production.

Historically, the winery’s history dates back to the times of Napoleon when it was acquired by an Irish widow, Marie Anne Coppinger, with Napoleon’s help.

Domaine Saint Antoine places great emphasis on sustainable cultivation and manual labor, striving to reflect the essence of Minervois in every glass of their wine.

Esprit is the ideal accompaniment to a cheese board, a light summer salad or a trout tartare.
