Refreshing yellow in colour. Intense, balanced bouquet with fresh apple, some caramel and fresh walnut. Lots of character and power on the palate. Fine vanilla and greenish apple aromas end in a dry, tart finish.
The ideal accompaniment to white meat, poultry and hearty terrines.
Wine cooperative Ihringer
With 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards, the Ihringer wine cooperative is one of the most renowned cooperatives in Kaiserstuhl and Baden. The wines are vinified using the latest cellar technology and carefully stored in the wooden barrel cellar.
