Description
The Luccarelli “Tre Stelle” Bianco Puglia IGT
This white wine grows in the Apulia region, at the bottom of the Italian boot. Wines from original and now rediscovered grape varieties are grown there. Vines have been cultivated in this region for over 3,000 years, a tradition that local winegrowers respectfully observe in all their wines. In the modern wineries, the well-known local wines are made from the autochthonous varieties, but also from international varieties. One example of this is the Bianco Puglia, which consists of 40% Malvasia Bianca, 30% Verdeca and 30% Chardonnay. After an early harvest, the wine is fermented at a controlled temperature. The young wine is stored for some time in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.
