Description
This yellow muscatel is a lovely German quality wine. The white wine is light, fruity and aromatic. The muscatel has a very flowery and fruity bouquet that is reminiscent of freshly blooming blossom and peach, with a hint of citrus fruits. Due to its high residual sweetness, the wine goes perfectly with strong, noble mold cheese and gratinated goat cheese. But the muscatel is also an ideal companion for dessert
Weingut Kohl has been family-owned since 1753 and has been a winery with 9 hectares of vineyards and its own bottling facility since 1975. Since the 2018 vintage, all products have been vegan, single-origin, some hand-picked and carefully processed to preserve their aromas. It is managed in harmony with the weather and the vine – free of glyphosate and herbicides for over 15 years. In the second half of 2019, the winery decided to convert the entire operation to the strict quality requirements of controlled, organic viticulture
