The Les Equilibristes is the result of a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, Marselan, which shows the best characteristics of these two grape varieties while retaining its own character.
The Domaine Saint Antoine Winery
Domaine Saint Antoine is located in the historic wine-growing region of Haut-Minervois in southern France and is run by a couple from Berlin. Since 2022, the winery has been organically certified and spans 45 ha, of which 27 ha are used for wine production.
Historically, the winery’s history dates back to the times of Napoleon when it was acquired by an Irish widow, Marie Anne Coppinger, with Napoleon’s help.
Domaine Saint Antoine places great emphasis on sustainable cultivation and manual labor, striving to reflect the essence of Minervois in every glass of their wine.
