Bad Girls Finest from Rheinhessen
The Bad Girls Finest is for those who prefer their wine a bit sweeter and it’s not just for girls :-). The Spätlese Cuvée, a harmonious blend of Huxelrebe and Riesling, combines the seductive, fruity sweetness of the Huxelrebe with the distinctive, crisp acidity and the multi-layered aromas of the Riesling in one glass.
This wine is not only vegan, made without the use of animal products, but also meets the strict Ecovin guidelines for organic viticulture. This ensures a sustainable and environmentally friendly production, making the wine outstanding both in taste and ethics.

The winery Mayor Adam Schmitt in Mommenheim, Rheinhessen, is known for its variety of vineyards in different growing areas.
Owner Eckhard Höbel likes to experiment and manages among other things the steepest vineyard in the Rauenthaler Rothenberg in the Rheingau.
Further locations are in Eppelsheim and at the Nackenheimer Rothenberg. Höbel follows the ecological guidelines of the winegrowers’ association Ecovin and has also been producing vegan wines since 2014. To further wines!
