The Chardonnay QbA dry
The wine shows an intense and at the same time elegant bouquet. Vanilla with a yeasty underscore is complemented by finely fruity cassis and mint aromas. On the palate, the wine has a lot of freshness and a good, slightly yeasty tannin structure. The Chardonnay has a very long finish and is an ideal accompaniment to pan-fried meat, steamed fish and fresh salads.
Wine cooperative Ihringer
With 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards, the Ihringer wine cooperative is one of the most renowned cooperatives in Kaiserstuhl and Baden. The wines are vinified using the latest cellar technology and carefully stored in the wooden barrel cellar.
