Description
Les Exuberants: Feast of the senses in rosé
Les Exuberants takes you into a world of flavor and colour. Its delicate rosé is reminiscent of a fresh spring morning. The first sniff opens a bouquet that is dominated by the seductive aromas of strawberries and raspberries.
In addition, there are fragrant notes of meadow flowers and the sparkling accents of citrus fruits, which round off the olfactory experience. On the palate, Les Exuberants is impressively lively.
The dominant aromas of strawberry and citrus dance on the tongue and leave a lasting impression. The mixture of Merlot and Grenache is also unique in this form and has no equal.
The Domaine Saint Antoine Winery
Domaine Saint Antoine is located in the historic wine-growing region of Haut-Minervois in southern France and is run by a couple from Berlin. Since 2022, the winery has been organically certified and spans 45 ha, of which 27 ha are used for wine production.
Historically, the winery’s history dates back to the times of Napoleon when it was acquired by an Irish widow, Marie Anne Coppinger, with Napoleon’s help.
Domaine Saint Antoine places great emphasis on sustainable cultivation and manual labor, striving to reflect the essence of Minervois in every glass of their wine.
Matching Dishes
Les Exuberants goes particularly well with fish pie, strong tapenade and spicy chorizo. As a dessert accompaniment, it is recommended for creations with citrus fruits, such as a lemon tart.
