Cultivation and harvest of the Kalkstein Pinot Blanc
The soil of the wine shows high limestone weathering in the deep clay-marl soil. The Pinot Blanc is grown all year round in a resource-saving manner and finally harvested and sorted by hand. The wine is pounded by winemakers and pressed by hand.
